Our Heritage.
Let us introduce you to our small dynamic country. Uruguay is in South America. We love beef, soccer, dancing, drums, and family. We chose the Gaucho as our logo because it is a symbol of our heritage. Similar to a cowboy the Gaucho embodies the caballerismo lifestyle - chivalrous and nurturing.

Soccer will always be futbol to us! No matter how many kitchens we install we still have energy for a quick game of pickup.
Mate.
Mate is a loose tea served in a gourd being sipped through a filtered straw. The same gourd and straw is used by everyone partaking in the ritual. It is considered an act of friendship.
Asado.
We don’t just build kitchens, we can cook in them too. Uruguay is known worldwide for beef. Our cuisine includes a lot of meat. No A1 Sauce required!
